• Infact many of the article have no bearing on the ground reality. Article XII of the 1996 agreement for instance says " this agreement is subject to ratification and shall enters into force on the date of exchange of instrument of ratification, it  is not clear if and then happened.
• Astonishingly, nowhere 1993 agreement is there the provision to recognise the  existing lines of deployment of the respective armies as they were in1993.
• The agreement does not reflect any attempt to each side recognise the other line of deployment of troops at the time was signed. 
• The ambiguity over the LAC has prolonged sense of unease and uncertainty and thus exponentially contribute to the military buidup in these areas. 
• Now considered para 4 in Artical II of the 2013 agreement (on border defence corporation) 
• It enjoins the parties to work with the other side in combination natural disasters or infectious diseases ( emphasis mine at may affect or spread to the outer side. 

It's time for a universal basic programme in India

Amendment on New Map tabled in Nepal Parliament 

• A Nepal Government on Sunday tabled a Constitution Amendment bill in Parliament aimed at altering the country's map amid a border dispute India. 
• Nepal recently released the revised political and administratiin of the country lying claim over the strategically key areas of Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura.
• India reacted angrily to the move saving such artificial enlargement of territorial claims will not be acceptable and asked the neighbouring country to refrain from such unjustified cartographic assertion. 
• The bill seek to amend the political map of Nepal including in Schedule 3 of the Constitution. 
• The new map will be used in all official documents including in coat of arms after the amendment bill is endorsed through Parliament 

SpaceX spacecraft successfully docs with ISS

• Elon Musk's spaceX the company will attempt to launch the NASA astronaut to the International Space Station in a mission called Demo-2.
• First time in history that a commercial aerospace company carried human into Earth's orbit. 

   

Why is this Important? 

• The United States hasn't launch it's own astronaut into space since the space shuttle programmed ended in 2011.
• Since then NASA's astronaut have had to travel Russia and train on the country's Soyuz spacecraft. 
• Those seat have cost NASA as much as $86 millions each. 
• NASA and SpaceX are earlier targeting 27th May at 4:33 or ET for liftoff from Florida's Kennedy Space Center in Brevard County, Florida but due to bad weather postpond to 30th May. 
• Already planned if bad weather or technical issues get in the.
• The rocket will takeoff from "Pad 39A" ' historic site that has been starting point of mission dating  back to the Apollo era, including the first mission landing in 1969. SpaceX is currently leasing the launch pad from NASA.

Trump postpones G7 Summit seeks to expand list of invitees 

US Prez Trump calls for expansion for G7 

He will postpone the meeting of Group of 7 nations until fall and called for extension of group's  7.membership. 

He considered the G7 and outdated group that doesn't represent what's taking place in the world. 

The YS President sungled out India, Russia, Australia, South Korea as possible addition. 

The G7 members are US, canada and France, Germany, Japan and UK.
